Customer, supplier and partner relationships
At all company levels, employees, regardless of position, ensure that transparency and ethical values are respected when dealing with third parties. Loyalty, integrity and fairness principles are applied by any employee who refuse to ask for or grant any type of favor, directly or indirectly, to or from any person or organization within the context of their duties and work. Employees refrain from engaging in any type of illegal activity and refuse to be associated, in any way, with acts of corruption or fraud.
Data protection and property
All employees ensure that the Group's intellectual property is protected and respected. All information relating to projects, to know-how of any nature, to which they have access is used in strict confidence. The employee ensures that all resources made available to him/her are used in an adequate manner and protects the value of these resources by avoiding any waste or abuse.
All employees avoid situations in which his/her personal interests, or interests of close relatives or friends, may conflict with those of the company. Moreover, no action should be taken in order to protect personal interests. Employees comply with regulations in effect concerning stock markets.
Protection of brand image and reputation
With the development of communication networks and means, the Group has defined a social network use charter with the aim of ensuring coherence and consistency— both in terms of ideas and procedure— concerning all employee communications to the general public through rapidly developing social media network.
